On Tuesday, Grace only took three 20 minute naps…basically if she wasn't eating, then she was crying. It was absolutely horrible! As soon as Eric got home I met him at the door and practically bolted out of the house because I was losing it from listening to her inconsolable crying all day. I went to Target to get milk and wander around aimlessly. By the time I got home Eric had dinner made and the dishes were done. Score!
Tuesday night, I realized that one of my boobies was sore…and that I had chills. I was sleeping in sweatpants, a sweatshirt, socks, two blankets, and a heating pad. Turns out, I had a clogged milk duct that was becoming infected (ugh!), and I was running a fever that got up to 102F overnight! So on Wednesday Grace and I packed everything up and went to the dr.'s where I was prescribed a course of antibiotics. I swear, it was just one thing on top of another…by the end of the day on Wednesday I was just feeling terrible and exhausted. By some miracle, Grace let us get close to 5 hours of consecutive sleep that night…amaaaaazing! Between that and the antibiotics and Tylenol I was starting to feel better on Thursday.
