June 27th - Anecdotes

I don't know if Eric will mind me telling this…but he is an occasional sleep-talker.  Lately he's been semi-waking up in the middle of the night…just to ask me: "Where's the baby?!"  One night he actually used his hands to feel around the bed to try to "find" her, which really freaked me out!  That was the time I hit him with a pillow to knock some sense into him ;) One night he asked me if I was going to enter Grace into the baby photo contest (to this day we have no idea what contest he was talking about!)

On another note, we think that Grace is starting to lose her hair.  I noticed that the top portion of her head is looking a little sparse…I looked back at pictures taken when we first brought her home, and she definitely had more hair back then!  I lost all of my hair has a baby…so I knew that it would probably happen with Grace too.  I thought that she'd start losing the hair on the back of her head first, since that's what she lays on most and gets rubbed the most.  I haven't even noticed it falling out, but she definitely is starting to look like a little old man who's going bald.  Poor baby can't catch a break between her baby acne and her hair!  I'm going to need to get her some headbands so that people can tell she's a girl!
